With Wimbledon underway, it’s a big month for English strawberries for us at Le Marché - we reckon we’ll serve 10,000 punnets over the fortnight.

Fantastic stone fruit this month. Blood peaches have started. Blood nectarines follow soon after. English cherries have begun. Also vanillacots, blush apricots, Metis red-flesh plums.

UK salads and veg including peas, broad beans, runner beans, summer cauliflower, Hispi cabbage, purple sprouting, tender stem and bunched carrots.

Fantastic array of tomatoes and courgettes.

Beans include Borlotti with Coco de Paimpol due at the end of the month.

Soft fruit includes green and red gooseberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries.
