Wild garlic starts this month - both French and UK.

First green asparagus has just arrived, joining white from the Loire Valley.

The European citrus season is winding down. Tarocco blood oranges still available this month; Moro coming to an end.

Jersey Royal potatoes begin in March.

Artichokes are excellent: violet, spikey, Globe Calico, Mammole, Thema.

Recommended fruits include Passe Crassane pears and Indian mangoes.

Wet garlic is from Egypt.

Radicchios are still available - Castelfranco, Tardivo, pink, grumolo. Also Agretti / Monk’s Beard, Puntarelle and Cime di Rapa.
