October means roots: parsley root, chervil root, radish (Breakfast, Blue Meat, Green Meat, Pink Meat, Red Meat), salsify, topinambour, black mooli, celeriac etc.

A huge range of UK organic squash from Bedlam: Krunchkin, Black Kat, Bonne Bonne, Fireball, Green Kabocha … Also carving pumpkins for Halloween!

We also recommend Bursa black figs, red-flesh plums, pomegranates, persimmons.

UK brassicas getting better by the day - incl. sprouts, Savoy, spring greens, Hispi, Primo, Romanesco, kales from Molyneaux.
