The whole team at Le Marché are gearing up for Christmas - on point and ready for what this month will bring us.
Festive lines include micro sage, mistletoe and holly, Tout Miel’ leafy clementines, walnuts (California), Brussel tops, kalettes, cranberries, Romanesco, Chantenay carrots, Piccolo parsnips and quince.
For English apples, we recommend Cox and Braeburn. Goldrush and Rubinette from France. Also Comice and Red Williams pears.
Lovely kiwi fruit – red from France / gold and green from Italy. Also quince, Sharon fruit and pomegranate.
Fantastic winter salads such as radicchios, pissenlit / Dandelion and watercress.
Huge range of citrus including bergamot, cedro, finger limes, Buddha’s Hand and specialist lines such as yuzu.
Roots include beetroot, bunched carrot, crosnes, chervil root, parsnips, radish.
Puntarelle and Cime di Rapa.
Artichokes – Globe now from Spain; bunched from Italy.
