We wish farewell to Raymond Blanc and the amazing team at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons - one of the most wonderful customers you can ever dream of having.
We supplied this fantastic establishment for more than ten years and learned so much from the chefs there. I feel like we were working with people who know the job better than we do! It has been an absolute pleasure.
Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons was unique. It was the first. Raymond was the first to build a garden and bring in the bees.
We worked particularly closely with Benoît Blin (pictured above), their executive pastry chef. We gave the chefs direct access to our buyers in Paris. They are the only customer we have ever done that for. It was a very special relationship. Au revoir!
