Inspiring the Chefs of the Future

Marcus and Chloe visited Rhyl Kitchen Classroom, a community cookery school that is supported by Le Marché. This amazing social enterprise works to inspire and train the chefs of the future and is based in a primary school in Camden Town in North London. “I always love visiting,” explains Marcus. “It is so important that we have future generations who want to follow a career into the hospitality industry.”
