RAF Chefs Visit Le Marché

This month we welcomed a delegation of trainee chefs from the Royal Air Force, led by Corporal Joshua Spencer, their Chef Instructor. He works for the Catering Training Wing of the Defence School of Logistics and Administration based in Hampshire.

"You made us feel very welcome and we were all blown away by the produce you provide ... As military chefs it was a real eye opener to discover unique produce that inspired our creativity," explained Joshua. We really enjoyed hosting the group and they would be welcome back anytime.
